08/07/2020, 8:36 AMYes as far as the suitecloud is concerned, you can upgrade to newest version.
Keep in mind that webstorm IDE 20.2 has some bugs, webstorm IDE 20.2.1 will be more stable. (Not a problem with suitecloud plugin.)
