I'm getting this error when validating custom segments, despite using the plugin to pull down the segment definition in the first place:
```customrecord_cseg_market_segment - Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for value management of custom segment Market Segment to access this page. ```

is there known limitations/problems with custom segments and SDF?

Does the role used for the SDF deployment have all the necessary permissions for custom segments. Error seems similar to when I pulled down a sales order workflow and then tried to deploy but the SDF role used for deploy didn't have the Sales Order transaction permission.

I'm using the standard Developer role for SDF operations, which I thought was tailored to have generally the permissions it needs?

I think segments are kinda special case? Since their values seem to be backed by a custom record that isn't visible?
