Just reporting a bug, might have already been covered, but when running "Add Dependency References to Manifest" it added
ADVANCEDEXPENSEMANAGEMENT, WMSSYSTEM, TIMESHEETRECORDANY as required, even though they weren't enabled in the account. Pretty much all the records/fields/forms were created in the UI first and brought into the project to deploy the changes into Production when its ready. Removing those from the manifest allows it to validate successfully, otherwise this error happens

I saw the same today- adding dependencies added a BUNCH of things as `required` that aren't even in the account.
