I have a new file in Dev, that I will move to QA and Prod. So far, so good. I want to move the data from DEV, to QA and Prod. How can I move the data ?

If it’s custom record instances then you can move (a limited amount of them) if it’s more data then CSV would be the way to go

It's only 22 records. Can I add them, one way or another, to the deploy, like an object ?

Assuming they’re on a custom record or a list then yes. Have a look here and see if it helps you. If you go into the help section in Netsuite and search “custom record instances” there’s a quite good article about it
