Not yet. I was trying to get something done quickly (deploying a nearly done account customization project) in the next hour, and maybe deal with that issue later. But I do plan to reach out to support eventually. But looks like I am out of luck with both IDE's now.

@scottvonduhn I had to use the 2018.3 version of webstorm to get the SDF piece to work correctly. I haven't used Eclipse after I figured that out so I can't help you there
