03/26/2020, 4:03 PMThrough no fault of the SuiteCloud package, I did have to run through https://docs.npmjs.com/resolving-eacces-permissions-errors-when-installing-packages-globally to reinstall node/npm correctly on the Linux Subsystem for Windows. Apparently, I have had them installed "wrong" this entire time.
