We just had a demo from strongpoint last week, they were showing off their Jira -> strongpoint integration, their process goes as: 1. Create your Jira issue 2. It generates a Change Request in NetSuite 3. You then "Download SDF Package" (from the Change Request record in production), to pull in the specific scripts, files, fields, record definitions 4. Deploy to DEV/QA accounts Afterwards I wasn't sure what the flow was, if you were supposed to deploy it to prod yourself, or if it managed it for you. But completing the story in Jira then closed or completes the Change Request in NetSuite. Then it's supposed to generate detailed audit reports
