Thanks for the info, guys. Someone on our team wondered if it would be possible to update custom forms "partially" from different projects. Say we have a shipping project, and we want to add a new field to an existing custom form. Is it possible to create a "partial template" that can be "merged" into an existing custom form in the account?

this would be possible, but not natively supports as far as I know. I think the 'merging' would have to be invented by you (e.g. as part of a 'build' process)

I would tend to suggest that keeping related things together by business function is more useful long term than grouping by type (e.g. instead of grouping ALL forms into an SDF project, group a given form with any other customizations that go along with it to serve a given business purpose)

I agree. That is how we have our projects organized currently. It does seem easier to keep track of information.
