09/05/2019, 8:05 PMPrevious versions of the plugin added <file> to your manifest when you use : Add Dependency References to Manifest which was not needed because your script file is already referenced in the Script Object.

I know the team worked on some changes in add dependencies to manifest. Probably that's part of that refactor
