I'll just have to wait this one out for a fix. Fortunately I'm not switching production to sandbox back to production etc. in real quick succession. My expectation is once a token has been generated for both a re-issue shouldn't be required.

If you are available for a quick call, i will be happy to see whats happening and possibly we can find a solution because i know its possible to have 2 tokens for different environments at the same time.

I can have two torkens for different environments in most accounts but I have one account where it is not possible, also. I´d be happy to show you if it helps your investigation of the problem.

which type of account is that where its not possible, can you please give an example and a use case?
