I feel like I have to be missing something obvious here, but is there no way to just deploy everything in /Objects/* all at once and have dependencies specified either in Object.xml definitions or manifest.xml resolve automatically?

We are working on this! Ideally we will add the dependencies automatically after running Import/Update objects

so what is your/NetSuite's official position on this until this feature is implemented, just use SuiteBundles in these cases for the time being?

I guess to that effect, I think some use-case documentation would be helpful beforehand in the HelpCenter to outline limitations and targeted examples of when to use SDF currently vs SuiteBundles
