i have a workflow condition of a field being a particular value (particular employee in this case) and i'm getting an error on trying to validate my project (includes the workflow) because of it - i'm guessing that's a feature, not a bug? it makes sense since actual employee records wouldn't be included in a project/the manifest, so there's no way to validate it as a dependency, but just want to double check.
