I believe that role was not listed on the inital setup guide for a SDF Developer role (the guide used before you guys deliver the default role) Can you guys also double check why the newly shipped Developer role requires Two Factor Authentication? This makes it not useable with the SDF CLI as it does not support two factor authentication to get a token for token based authentication
