Hey guys, quick question. How does the SDF work with regards to environments? Do i need to buy a license for each customer I work with or is it a one time download for my IDE?

The SDF can connect to as many accounts as you have access to. The SDF is just a way to do development beyond bundles.

Is it a free resource or does it need to be purchased from Oracle?
