whether trying to import into the project or download the XML from the UI

I was able to download the e-mail template from the UI; I see that there are 2 different files:

1. The XML definition
2. The HTML template

So, I've managed to deploy *E-mail Templates* into target accounts, I just had to download (*thru ought UI*) and place both `xml` and `html`` files under the `Objects/` folder, and finally, deploy.
