so just another observation about sdfcli. I deployed some 650 files (~600 js, ~50 other), into a clean dev account. It took about 9 minutes to upload and deploy those files and create the new file records. Subsequent uploads take half that time, ~5 minutes. If i zip the project first, that can bring the time down to ~1 minute.
