Yes, the Eclipse IDE has an option to get the instances of the custom record. Right click on the Custom Record XML file and you should find it in the menu. This functionality is also available in the CLI. NOTE: In 19.1 we've upped the number of instances you can retrieve to 1000 given that we've found out from the community that there are some cases where Custom Records that are used as "complex lists" have more than 100 values. It is somewhat rare, but we needed to support it. As it was already mentioned, SDF is not to be used as a Data Migration tool, therefore be mindful of this.
