<@UAA1TMMTR> would love an option to have sdfcli log which account it's working on with each command. For commands that support `.sdf` it would be reassuring if the actual account being manipulated by SDF was shown during command execution.

I think the JavaScript CLI will solve most of this

I account for this in my Sublime plugin by showing which account is being used when a command is executed. You also pick which account you want to interact with when selecting the command. :slightly_smiling_face:

But yes, I agree that having that default would be helpful.
