command, you definitely want to check out your manifest again

@erictgrubaugh I know this was a couple of days ago now but I wanted to give my thoughts on what happens with the add Dependencies... command. Say for instance you have a custom list on one of your custom fields... That list already exists in your sandbox... Even if you just created it. So if you run add dependencies the custom list gets added to the dependancies ... list. Well it DOES NOT exist in production so you get a error when you validate again production. I THINK if you manually add the list to the objects section of the project before running add dependancies.... it May not get added to the manifest?

add things (especially Files) that are already in the Project as Dependencies as well; believe that's the bug they intend to fix
