01/22/2019, 6:40 PMAny role that has the manage Tokens permission will require 2FA unless you are using TBA. Also, Eclipse is no longer able to access NetSuite without TBA at all. So you will need to use TBA exclusively on the SDF Developer role. If it will not let issue tokens, you need go back and look at the permissions again you likely missed one somewhere along the way.
