Found the issue. Seems i need to have the production account selected within the project settings to allow me to deploy and not just use the deploy to account option. This seems to be a bug for sure.

I saw that error last week, and AFAIK is something that its been handled. I think one of our developers if working on it, at any case I will ask around and come back to you with a better answer ASAP.

I think it is when you have not deployed at all to that account. As i changed the poject setting went back to how i had it after and then deploy to account worked.
