if you already have an installation base -meaning if the bundle is installed on multiple customers accounts and you want to maintain it by releasing updates then do a bundle Copy to the new account and then start using SDF for development.
in case there is no existing installation base, meaning the bundle is not installed on customer accounts then you can export the bundle into your IDE using SDF and then deploy it to your new account.
