anyone else having issues importing files from the file cabinet using sdf? im not sure but it won’t populate anything after 2018.2, i have the updated plugin installed and i still can not get it to populate anything from the file cabinet

Hi @bputnam, it seems to be an issue of the Eclipse plugin. The CLI is able to list files and import files.

Thanks @Mariano Saenz (NS Eng Lead) This weekened I tested the same functionality on a windows machine it is working. I guess the issue is for the eclipse plugin for macOS

We found the problem about not getting any files to import. The workaround is to enable the "HOST HTML FILES" feature under Web Presence > Publishing. If you are not using an Administrator role, you'll also need to have these 3 permissions under List: "Document and Files", "Email Template", "Website (External) publisher". We understand you may not be able to do that, so we are looking into fixing this bug soon.

OK, one more feature 🙂 - turn one Marketing Automation under CRM > Basic Features These features control the folders in the File Cabinet we support (/Templates, /Website Hosting) Unfortunately when one of them is not available in your account, we are not displaying any of the other ones that are. We filed an issue to get the process started on fixing this.

@Mariano Saenz (NS Eng Lead) I experience the problem on Windows - importing script files (list of files available is empty), workflows (permission relate to a record given workflow works on), e-mail templates (strange SQL error) and csv import templates (null error). This is reported to NetSuite support as Case # 3209365 and Case # 3213111. Will the workarounds resolve all of the issues above??? If not what is ETA for fixing the issues?
