im trying to validate a project and it fails with the following message: The fldfiltersel field for the (customfieldfilter) subrecord must not be ACCOUNT_SPECIFIC_VALUE. what does this mean? and how to get around it? thanks in advance

I am thinking you have filter using value set that defaults to a list item from a custom list. pre 2018.2 that will validate in SDF. you need remove the filter and re apply it after you deploy the SDF project
