06/25/2018, 5:33 PMWe are aware of this problem. There was a change in the Network API the IDE uses to retrieve accounts which broke the Add Account feature. We have a fix and are looking to release a patched version of the IDE plugin ahead of next e-fix. As a workaround, please use the CLI to execute your operations. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone.
