Can you just leave the Deployment records out of your SDF? TESTING v RELEASED, for instance, is a setting on the Deployment record, not the Script record, while the Script Parameter is defined on the Script record. If you just don't touch the Deployment records, all of your Testing mode/Audience values/etc should remain unchanged in either environment.
