04/27/2021, 12:21 PMThe SO amount shouldn’t change. It’s established based on the forecast charges that are generated from your charge rules. After creating your charge rules you create your sales order and line items will populate based on the forecast charges.

04/27/2021, 12:24 PMNot sure I understand the question. ANY project can be billed via sales order regardless of billing method. Charge based projects can be billed via sales order using ANY of the charge types.
