I cannot seem to find a way to generate it in bulk for all projects. Manually generating charges project by project is quite time consuming.

I am also looking for a way to generate charges in bulk on a custmized schedule or on demand. They generate at midnight automatically but no way to change that setting or trigger it. The workaround we found is exporting the project internal IDs into the link format below all in a list. Then paste them all into <http://openallurls.com|openallurls.com> and it will open the projects all in tabs in your browser, but it will trigger all of those projects. Can do up to ~200/projects at a time. Still looking for a better way.
