Anyone have issues changing the unit cost of a project task assignee midway through the project? We have, b/c it's throwing off the estimates. When you change the unit cost of a project task assignee it inflates the estimate--the old rate is wiped.  Ideally, the estimate should be  (old rate x hours recorded) +  (new rate x remaining hours) .
