is anyone familiar with how the `Estimated Work` field works? it appears to be changing in a very random way. it went from 10.49 to 10.01 to .01 to .02 as I changed the status of the project and its tasks from in progress to completed and back. i found a couple of scripts operating on the task assignee sublist estimated work values but nothing on the project. can i assume there's some kind of native calculation going on?

It defualts to what you estimated, but if time tracked is greated that estimated it changes to actual, if you are using planned entries it will also change based on the planned entries.. it was supposed to be fixed with the last release but apparently is not

we created a custom field call "Estimated Company Work" that is what we usually feed to have a fix base and report on, on fiel update i have a script the copies the value to the native fiedl to make sure they are not set as milestone
