@James Morris thank you for your help! I've gotten the SS much closer, but with a couple of quirks that I'm trying to resolve. (If there is a task on the project without a budget amount but with an actual amount, the task shows as "-None-" on the SS; if there are tasks on the project with budgets but no actuals, they don't show up at all.)
