Yeah. Agree with @karlenigma. A script would do good. But you'll need those codes in a Library/List or elsewhere. Assuming you already have that, just get the value of the respective Code and set it in the Field Changed function, so every time you change the country it will go to the library/list, find the respective code and set the value of the field.
