Warranty returns: We use the standard Warranty returns which works well for us, on the whole. However, we sell the Assembly/BOM but may need to return a component. Functionality does not allow for BOM/Assembly component return. We can only return the whole Assembly which is not desirable. ACS have come back and have said 'it is not possible' which is not helpful. There must be a workaround/customisation out there?

The WRM is pretty bad. It doesn't have a good use for manufacturing companies because of what you mentioned above - it's best in a retail space more so. We've had to build our own module for clients in the past due to this.
