Is there a way to reopen a closed PO that has not been received? Normally you can edit the PO and untick the closed box at the line level but there is no edit button after someone hit closed on accident.

Try it in the Administrator role to see if the lines are closed. If the PO is closed and the lines are not, check to see if the quantity is 0. Change the quantity to >0 and save. It should be in a pending receipt. Hope that helps!

I am in the admin role The lines are checked as closed There is no edit button though to uncheck the box

You should be able to Edit on the transaction level then remove the check boxes on the lines.

If the lines are closed, and you can't see an Edit button, (that's odd), my next suggestion would be a CSV import (disable scripts/workflows) to uncheck the closed lines on the PO. I don't think a closed period would matter in the admin role.

Figured it out. We had a workflow causing the issue. Thank you all for the feedback on this
