Does anyone use the basic (non-WMS) 'Inventory Count' feature? We get inventory count excel files from our third party fulfillment partner and I'd like to either import or automate getting their counts loaded into Netsuite. The cycle count record doesn't seem to allow CSV imports. Has anyone figured out a workaround?

Celigo might have work around, they have NetSuite connector

Is that feature better to use than the inventory adjustment if the counts come from a third party?
s
If it's in excel that would be simpler, few clicks and your data is in NetSuite

We'd like to keep it within Netsuite if possible. @Luis I know we can import an adjustment but I'm trying to figure out the best way to grab the quantities to adjust. We only get balances from our fulfillment partner. So I thought the cycle count would be the best way to compare our balance to their balance and get the delta to adjust. But I'm open to alternatives

Consider importing the count data into a custom table. Then script those newly created lines onto a new inventory count.

if you only get balances then inventory worksheet may work better than inventory adjustment record....adjustment you need to load the change in qty vs worksheet you enter the absolute value? Inventory counts needed to be approved and in a timely manner or you can get other inventory qty impacting transactions between your count and approval that then make the count loaded inaccurate

Inventory Worksheet will be the best native functionality. However, you will need to know the inventory value also.

Thanks everyone for the ideas!! We'll start exploring these options
