Cycle Counts WMS doesnt seem to have the option for an audit trail for Cycle Counts... We can create the cycle count, complete it, and have any adjustments against the item, but there is no way to prove (to an auditor) that the Cycle Count was completed, and what (if any) adjustments were made. We'd need to prove the cycle Count was completed (start date/time, end date/time, items, BIN, adjustments, user etc). Every other WMS system I've used has this (as it is a legal requirement for some companies) Just cannot see where it is with WMS - or am I not looking in the right place.

When you do a search on IC, you can get additional visibility by also including Transaction Line Type to see the actual adjustment that was made. For you start/finish reporting I am thinking it’s in the System Notes

@Netsuite Tragic but if there was no adjustment you cannot prove the count took place.

Please try the search, include "Transaction Line Type" in your results. You will see that each line of each IC returns three values Snapshot Quantity, Count Quantity & Adjusted Quantity.
