Anyone seeing issues with Qty on hand not matching inventory details quantities? at either bin or lot/serial number levels? have check for negative qty's, which is not the case.

Do you use bin put away worksheets? If so do you have item receipts with a bin on them?

I see that pretty often when someone does an item receipt without bin, and then Someone does a put away worksheet and then the original item receipt gets edited to add a bin

thanks, but yes bin put away is one of the first reference checks... suspect people are deleting old adjustment or status change records but finding it hard to identify.. found one case with negative lot numbers. Got another non lot number with 0 on hand, but 256 available on inventory status only, of course status change is not gl posting.. hate inventroy status.. make me go grey!
