Hello, has anyone heard of RF-SMART WMS system for NetSuite? how does it stack up to NS's native WMS solution? my colleagues in Supply Chain are saying that the price difference on the quotes is quite high.

RF-SMART Is really scalable, so it depends on the scope sometimes they may be cheaper and other times they may be more expensive as it depends on the scope.

RFS is one of the most common WMS solutions for NetSuite. They're a direct bolt on so they commonly utilize native NetSuite records and are essentially a UI for executing NetSuite transactions. They're configurable and customizable to an extent and have some good folks. One major difference is that with RFS they support both the hardware and their software while NS WMS will only support the software and you'll utilize NetSuite standard support system.
