How can I delete a wave? Its giving me an in Progress error.

You have to manually set all pick tasks associated to a wave back to ready status. Then you can delete the wave Otherwise using the Mark Open Picks Done screen is essentially cancelling a wave

The pick tasks don't give me an option to set the status.

It’s on the line item of the pick task. It may take a couple revisions to get the option of ready
