Im having issues with fractional inventory (due to messed up UM) When I try to adjust it out I get issues like: "The following bin numbers aren't available"

It could be a number of things. First thoughts would be if the bins are inactive, otherwise check the stock isn't committed to a transaction

How can I see what transaction its committed to?
