Hi, What is the best way to track DropShip inventory?

What do you mean by track, it is not inventory.

@Sandii We want to track Vendor's inventory somehow to send it to our sites, so yes it is not our inventory but to avoid selling items which our Vendor has already sold, we need to track their inventory.

Tracking inventory that you do not own is very difficult in NS, not designed to do that. You could probably make them a location, but you would need a way to get inventory in there. And would not be using dropships. And you would need to make the fulfillments out of that location. And I would envision a lot of accounting mess.

@Sandii Thanks for confirming that there is no NetSuite standard for it, I think it needs to be managed in a custom way to avoid accounting mess and to Not affect our own Total On hand.
