Hello all. Not sure to which channel I should post. We have SCM enabled and we can print item labels but I am having a hard time "scanning" items into transactions. When I place the cursor in the item field on the sales order, the keyboard pops up but I cannot scan anything. I am using an iPad. Do I need WMS (thought this feature came with SCM) Are iPads not compatible with this feature?

What scanner are you using with the IPAD?

@seth Thank you for your response. We are not using any scanners. Wanted to use the camera as the scanner. And there are no applications running to facilitate camera scanning.
