Hi all, I've got a qwerky item record issue, where a CSV import update is not triggering items to display on the Saved Search. However, when I manually edit and save the records (no further data alteration), the items then show. Has anyone else experienced this, is there a known fix for this? Thank you 🙂

I'd look at the system notes on a problem item before and after you do the edit/save. It could well be that a field required to turn up in the search is being set by a script which is firing in the UI but not on import.

I'd agree with that assessment as the likely cause - a necessary field that can only be set in the UI due to workflow or script
