I was wondering for those of you with multiple locations in the retail space do you have to have a po in order to ensure your inventory is correct? In our business parts can be as little as $4 or as much as a few thousand. We need to run it even the immaterial amounts through inventory, but was wondering if there was a way our inventory could still be accurate if we bypass the PO process.

Inventory adjustments can add inventory without a PO. So can Vendor bills. Also Transfer Orders if parts are coming from other locations in the business
