Maybe a silly question - I'd like to have the item receipt default to nothing checked when it is created... so my shop has to go through and actually positively check off the items received. I know I can have them check the clear all button, but I'd love to eliminate that step. Thanks in advance.

There's definitely an accounting preference for this - but I can't remember what it is called or which tab it is on. Definitely look for the word default though.
