I’m having troubles with transfer orders when it’s partially received, I can’t enter partial quantities in Netsuite, is it configurable or is there a way around it? Scenario: I have a TO that fulfilled 100 units, but the warehouse acknowledged they received only 40, most of the time it’s because they haven’t processed the entire shipment yet, so on the next day they notify us with another receipt of 60 units. I wanted to create a receipt for 40 units and another for 60 as we are notified by the warehouse, but all my attempts either using Suitetalk or the web interface failed so far.

what errors are you getting back from NS?

Via Suitetalk I get this error back “The quantity on the item fulfillment must be the same on the associated item receipt”

if you have use item cost as transfer cost, you cannot partially receive. your receipt quantity has to equal your fulfilled quantity
