we have multiple locations, so if you toggle locations, it will show up for us

02/11/2020, 8:06 PMHappening to us too, the warehouse manager alerted me. We have multiple locations and it only seems to happen with one particular location. As @micah suggested entering the item first makes it work. But hopefully they fix whatever is causing this?

02/11/2020, 8:47 PMThis was deemed a U2 by Netsuite Support, 1-2 day fix. “Defect 573404 : Bin Transfer > Item using Units of Measure > Inventory Detail / Description / Units on Item Line do not appear”
