I am trying to do an inventory adjustment and I am using express entry. I noticed that netsuite wants me to enter the exact serial number for it to find a match. Is there a way to make it work so the system recognized the first 5-6 digits and it finds a serial number that matches my entry?

sign in front of your digits?
