Looking for help on triggering an email alert for a search. I've done these for other searches but am struggling with this one. What I am looking for the mail to do is to be triggered when an item is received that meets the criteria. Here is the criteria and result; Type is Purchase Order Status is any of Purchase Order:Partially Received, Purchase Order:Pending Billing/Partially Received, Purchase Order:Pending Bill, Purchase Order:Fully Billed Closed is false Main Line is false Quantity Shipped/Received/Picked Up is greater than or equal to 1 Item : Ecommerce Set Aside (Custom) is true Item : Size (Custom) includes none of Large, Small, X-Large, X-Small, XX-Small, 2X-Large, 3X-Large, 7 1/4 Status Fulfilling/Receiving Transaction : Date Date Document Number Doc # Location Loc Quantity Fulfilled/Received Qty Rec Item UPC Code (Custom Column) SKU

why don't you create an item receipt saved search and when a new item receipt is created that meets the above criterias it triggers an email?
