Hi all- does anyone know the ins and outs of negative commitments in NS? We have a SKU that has been deactivated and has 0 left int he warehouse, but due to negative commitments NS thinks we have 27 available (and 27 backordered?). I can’t seem to find anything on SuiteAnswers about negative commitments causing available inventory.

We have 2 locations,no bins. The SKU is connected to Shopify web store; because of the negative commitments, Shopify is showing this as an available configuration for our product, instead of triggering an Out of Stock notification.
